Missing the warmth of his kitchen and the joy of sharing authentic meals, he made a decision that would transform his life—and ours. In the mid-1990s, Chez Chander was born from a simple belief: that great food and genuine hospitality could bridge any distance.

What started as a dream to preserve North Indian culinary tradition evolved into something deeper. In 2010, Chander committed fully to vegetarian cuisine, recognizing that the richness of North Indian cooking doesn't require meat—it requires care, quality ingredients, and personal attention.
